well it seems its not as easy as i hoped..you cant just add existing uasset files from the game into ue4 engine and package them up. its gives an error about the extenions not being recognized.. we NEED someone with more modding knowledge to lend a hand.
here are all the Felix Felicis files from the last working ucas/utoc.

Tips:

- Make sure to edit the .ini file, putting a ";" at the start of line 10 ("unlockall = true"), or change it to false.

- Ignore the step 1 of the readme file, the CreamAPI file is already in the downloaded zip.

- You can change the names in the .ini file (below "[dlc]") to be more descriptive, like this:

The last 7 items are disabled (with a ";" at the start of each line) because they are not considered DLC, so if you have already collected them (like I did, by linking the fan club account and watching the twitch streams), you don't need to enable them.

Sadly, you do have to enable the twitch loot, fan club stuff and deluxe items because you are using a mod .dll and it doesn't read what you have unlock online and from steam, tried and tested this. I have the deluxe and all of twitch plus fan club stuff, with the original .dll it unlocks normally.

I also tested before posting.. You have to enable Deluxe items (Dark Arts Pack and Garrison Hat), but not Twitch loot and Fan Club items, they should not appear in the DLC list, but they appear in the collection.

No, this works that is just the SQL, but it is patched out from the original Game files.

is deleted from the newest "pakchunk0-WindowsNoEditor.ucas"
and maybe it is also deleted from "pakchunk0-WindowsNoEditor.utoc"
because the new utoc is minimally smaller

The files in the Phoenix.zip included this and all other files for the sake of completeness.

But it needs a .Pak with .ucas and .utoc - a .pak without extensions doesn't work.

Maybe there are more files changed, but we know that only for sure if it also doesn't work with .Pak inclusive extensions.

but it looks like nobody can do it, or nobody wants to do it anyway.
