I can't do the CC template but I know how to edit some data for someone who needs
1. Skill point:
- find the exp in the Captains tab in 4bytes --> (X)
- edit it to 50mil
- Share the bounty with your team in Taverns
- copy & paste the (X) in the cheat engine and modify it to 10 units you will have their lever
- edit it to 1, and you will have a Captain lv1 with full skill
2. Captains morale
- copy & paste the X (above) & modify it to 18, and change this code to float, you will have their morale, edit it to 1 to have 100% morale with you

Any chance to get ship armor (during battle) too - like ship hull
