Looking for a Freecam Hacker

I am desperate for one of these, but have a limited budget of 100 dollars per cam. I can pay extra for fixes and updates.

If you know anyone that does these, let me know.

EDIT: Freecams include emulators like RyuJinx, PPSSPP, Cemu, PCSX2, etc.

Also includes steam games.
