Yes, it is possible. But it´s a little bit tricky. You need to have at least 1 item on your inventory. You open the file (SaveGame_X.vndata), in Notepad++, then you search for "Quantità", the number next to the word is the number of items in you inventory. So the easiest way would be to buy or obtain 3 items for example, then you search for "Quantità":3, and you´ll see the items number, you can change it to 9999. If you sell the items, it would go down to 99 only. This only works if you already have the item on your inventory, or else it won´t show ingame.
