Need help with Papers, Please

Need advice on how to hack money on Papers, Please (GOG version). I tried using the balance at the end of the day and then searching the new balance the next day but that doesn’t work. Seems like finding money should be easy in this game but I’m having trouble with it. I’m a beginner at using CE
