Many thanks @Dimensionist... found it. But as I see is much freaky:

It was created in the spirit of Bag of Tricks & Cheat Menu but with a little different focus . It offers a powerful and convenient way to edit the party composition, stats, search and add Feats, Features, Items, to your character.

First that's better than nothing!

It offers most everything you could want. Experience, stats, levelups, feats, items, etc. Doesn't have Profit Factor or Scrap or Ship variables, but those can be easily adjusted with cheat engine anyway.

NavigatorResource in player.json is the value that lets you unlock new warp routes and make them safer to travel. Modifying it to 900 works.
