I have found food and workers but when I try to change the value of workers it returns to the current value in the game

I have found the workers value it was a 4 bytes here you go, will try to find more and update it

Update:
Now I have the most found I hope you guys don´t have problems with the files here is all in one:
Workers(It´s the Nummber when you click on your city it has a max Nummber check firs the max Nummber of workers then edit it. It´s random every time you start a new game)
Gold
Books
Religion
Kingdom levies
City Stored Food(it´s the food under the army also has a max Nummber)

Well you search for float type, for the gold, books, piety and army.
While id did it with Byte types for province pop.
Have yet to find a relation for the current province.

Trainer with 4 pointers for each value. Check if the pointers are working for you.
F2 - Set money to 20000. Books, religion and levies to 1000
F3 - freeze/ unfreeze current values


Edit: I notice after a couple restarts the pointers are not working properly; switching from showing the value and showing ????

I'm not a CE expert, but if I'm not mistaken others usually find what writes there pointers and write a script around that, so always finds the right adress. It identifies them by AOB(array of bytes).

Umm, finding gold faith points etc is so easy.
The values are being updates so frequently and you guys can find em all easy.

What we need is instant construction.

Here i my current table, I found Opinions too. After changing the opinions save and load the game.

Yes, that as well is possible (starting from an unknown value and searching for an increased one until the values are few).
The problem is that for now it looks like all the settlement values are unique to the that settlement (I can find the values for current selected town, but they are not editable).

Just tried but they are ok.
But if you reload the game chances, are the pointers become obsolete.
Start always with the game anew.

Cheat engine or trainers are not needed in this game, you can easily edit game saves using a notepad. It is enough to edit the world file in the directory with our game save. You can change gold, food, piety, books, recruits and many other things. You can also add resources to provinces.

the problem is that with hughe amount of everything it will have effect to the game like dimploacy and stuff

You should be able to see the values in the pointers, set the values and freeze them.
Mine is not a trainer just some adresses of the values.
Please restart the game and than load your game and change the values. After a few reloads the pointers change so much, cheat engine cannot follow.

I tried with 1.01
