Bravery and Greed [Steam] Request

Hey there! Hoping someone could spare some time to find HP and Stamina codes for this.
Not many trainers out there and haven't seen a table for this yet.
The addresses for Money and HP is easy enough to find, but the HP value doesn't hold when you change it.
Haven't done much with cheat engine in a while so I'm pretty rusty lol.
Could use a hand if anyone is willing.
