I was messing around with rpcs3 and have been for a while just to play mgs4 again and finally got it to run with the latest builds anyhow, whilst doing so i made a cheat table for it, I'm not sure if it will work for everyone but the addresses never moved (static) in memory for me from several reboots.

all but drebin points are stored in signed 16bits meaning the max value of anything is 32767 going above this will put you in the minus eg instantly killed

How to use this cheat table?
- Install Cheat Engine
- Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
- Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
- Keep the list.
- Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
