So, my youth team dosnt play in the youth competitions, is there any way to make them do so? or atleast play in the division C "swaping" by another team?

For sure, I can do that. I already made the script for personal use from FM21, I just need a little correction for FM23, then in the next update should be available.
I believe it possible to do, but this is the thing, I found that player fitness value is different in match. I mean look, for example you have 10000 fitness value before a match, but in match it's not decreasing! And then after the match the value have changed. So, I'm still working to get the in match value, then it's not a hard job to make the script.
For alternative you can use Remove All Injures on Freezer and set the fitness value (like 25000) for all players.

Good idea, but I had to remove one of the available options, since Freezer only support up to 8 options.

Any recomendations to when we should do the swap, a day before the season update maybe?
Yes. It must be applied before update date / before league fixtures is released. If have no idea when it happens, just apply when players are on holiday, or for European teams I usually apply in 1 June.
