1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Is there anyway I can shorten the time for my new stadium to be built?

how to use this cheat? i mean after i load my save then activate the cheat there's no value in there, like the club financial or even the player in person table, like there's no address, n when i click its shown error exutable, should i open the game then open tab financial? ive done that too but theres no address or value in there, have tried to continue the day still the address or value still zero, i mean is my club like hasn't load properly,

im using 23.2.0 version, n using table update 6, cuz i've tried update 7 it dosn't even pop up open it's just running in bg

Im using Update 7 and never have any problem. Have you followed the instruction on how to activate the lua by the picture given in the file? After activating following that, it would run for a while and pop up the changelog of the table. Then it would bring you to the cheat table

Please check the stadium finish date on FM, then look for it in the Stadium -> Details section on the table. You can change the date if you find it on the table (change to one day from current date); if there isn't a similar date, it could be something else that I haven't included in the table.

update 7 works perfectly fine for 23.2.0
make sure in cheat engine your using v7.5( the latest) and use the white mode (edit/settings/disable dark mode support ticked)
Load your game / save game
go to cheat engine find the FM23 process and select it, then open update 7 cheat table
click on the box for run table and wait for it to load
ingame go to home / my profile then in cheat engine go to person make sure the name is your manager name then go to
/ presets / manager / unlockables and tick all players interested
then click file / save

go to club / finances / general and you can tick the boxes then double click on the amount to open a box change the amount the click ok
this is for balance, transfer budget, wage budget etc
you can also change the income from grants / investments etc in
Finances / income / this month or this season.
Once your done again click file / save

all should work fine, when you open the club option go to details and make sure its showing your club details.
go back ingame and go to your finaces tab and it should be changed.
make sure you dont go mad with finance as it could mess up if you add too much, i have added 750Million without issues not tried more as yet

I was using Accelererate player development but my young players started to lose CA but Older player gain CA. Is there any way to fix it in the table?

In guessing you actually meant FM23 Editor then you should post which version of the table you are using so that it can be confirmed as working or not. you cant be helped without this information.
