There's an option to do that, check out the Player Always Agree on Negotiation Terms on Presets (Global), this will force any player (or staff) to accept your contract offer, even it ridiculous.
Also, you may combine it with this option to get any player you want; select your profile on FM, check the All Players Interested on Person -> Presets -> Manager -> Unlockables.

Open Player Data -> Fitness & Morale, change overall physical condition and sharpness.
Or, open Remove All Injuries script, change fitnessValue.
We can't do that right now.

im downloading FM crack with 23.2.0 version so its work with update_6 . there's no option Player Always Agree on Negotiation Terms on Presets (Global)
After some testing, it seems like the 'Accelerated Player Development' applies to my U18 team as well, and I presume it'll affect my Reserves and U24 teams if my club had them. Would it be possible for an option to be added so that it'll only affect my main team? I don't usually take over my youth team training, and I don't want them to have accelerated training in the wrong position.
I suppose I could have the APD turned on for specific players and then switch around between my main team players, but that's tedious and requires too much micromanaging for me.

There's an option called First Team Only, but only available from update 8 or later. This included fixes for Accelerate Player Development script, stability and more improvements. Try to update the game.
Ah okay, thanks for letting me know! Using a cracked/pirated version of FM and can't update to the latest version so I'm stuck with 23.2.0 for now; money a bit too tight to buy the game on full price. I understand if it's not possible, but could there be an updated table with all the latest updates/fixes that is compatible for 23.2.0?
No worries if that's not possible, I'll just have to wait for the game to be on sale; or wait for an updated crack to be released.
