CE may can help change appearance to other NPC or appearance it already had ingame

Yes, but there are several NPCs in the game whose appearance IS male, for some odd reason. So it should be possible to swap that 1 "all gender" model with one of the "male" NPCs. Which would take a mod.

How about a cheat to change items? Because I really want Moonfruit and Promised Fruit saplings before I can get them normally in-game.

just looked in UE4 Dumper but still no ideal "Promised" is

for item name just edit it as normal, but if add _HQ make sure it end up like this in ID+type "5F 00 48 00 51 00 00 00" if not game crash so can't simple just edit _HQ in item name
or you can try just edit item name on item it already had _HQ at end but sometime it still crash when byte end up RNG bytes

Is there a way to lower the "Number to go until present" when turning in Great Faeries Orders? I think I may have screwed something up. I have completed all for Earth but I still have "2 to go until present"

ps : only do 1 by 1 items and don't highlight item during edit, check it name again some item got extra characters in it and modify it to match the item's name if not it crash

Does anyone have a fairy challenge cheat like ignore the requirements because I really want to unlock the fairy job early
