Does anyone know how to alter ingredient quantities without the game crashing? It's not hard to find the values for fish meat quantity, but changing it seems to cause an instant crash.

How to use this cheat table?
  1. Install Cheat Engine
  2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
  3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
  4. Keep the list.
  5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

They've just updated the game.
  • Win: v1.0.2.1474
  • Mac OS: v1.0.2.481
Tried the table from @imblad3 but as expected, didn't work.

Table for ver v1.0.3.1535

Please note, this is the first time I've ever worked with pointers or uploaded a table, so your mileage may vary. If there's a standard way to organize things around here, I don't know what it is. But this should let you set/freeze various useful stuff:

Oxygen (Note that this is handled by 4 different addresses, so I've bundled them together into a header and set it to both hide the children and activate them all when you check the box next to 'Oxygen'.)
Ammo
Current Weight
Submarine Pods
Crab Traps
Power for consumable slots
Stamina when running around on dry land as Dave

These pointers are only lightly tested, and may not be stable. I've included a header called 'Backup Pointers', containing other possible pointers for the various categories. If one of the pointers aren't stable, just open up this header and replace it with one from in here.

I figured that since it's been a while since anyone posted an update, those of you who don't know how to use or update pointer tables (like me, a few days ago) would prefer to have SOMETHING to use for the current version, even if it's a little unstable, until someone with more experience puts together something more elegant and better tested.

Open to constructive criticism from folks with experience putting together tables.

Jan 3 UPDATE - I've swapped out the file posted here for one that I've tested a little more thoroughly. Got rid of some bad pointer addresses. The main thing that caused me to tinker some more was that the crab pot pointers were VERY unreliable. Hopefully should be more stable now. No idea whether this table still works for the current version. The changes from the last hotfix were so minor that I have no intention of updating my game right now, in case I need to redo this table from scratch. If you're running the current version of the game, please comment to let me know if this table still works.

v1.0.3.1569 Dropped. I'm still curious how to edit/add/prevent losing ingredients and crafting materials if anyone knows how to do that.
