I'm also having problems with Yosuke (Emperor) ranks. I'm following a 100% guide, I'm in August, and when the guide says to advance to rank 7, Yosuke tells me he doesn't want to hang out that day. Not seeing a lot of talk about this anywhere else online, so it might be an issue with using the time cheat to advance his ranks too quickly. I'm hoping the mod menu mod for switch gets ported to PC, because it looks like it can force start events, but I'm not sure if that will work exactly how I think it does (for example force starting the emperor rank events). Tried restarting the ranks and have had no luck. Even if there was a way to force evolve his persona, that would be fine and I could just watch the scenes on youtube.
Yusuke and other PT members except Ryuji doesnt have a rank lock event. Most of PT member will not available when u doing Palace so complete ur palace before doing confidant. Im not following any guide but maxed nearly all of them beside one that rank locker by menmetos request and story. Easy fix for is just changing the rank of Yusuke, you still get the confidant bonus but missing the cutscene of this rank.
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Akechi’s coop to level 8 so I could progress into the true ending
. It was working perfectly until now. There’s supposed to be a section where Spoiler
he gets his ultimate persona evolution
, but it is restricted to specific dialogue, most of which I did not do.
Anyone have any solutions to this? I tried changing the in-game date to be a couple months earlier, but it did nothing and when I tried speaking to this person it froze my game.

Use the menu mod, it lets you do whatever you want with teammates and Personas and a crapload more. You can just force the evolution.
I did a bit of testing with the Emperor and found that manipulating time will corrupt the Proficiency check needed for Rank 6 event. If you have the stats to get through the check, the event happens BUT the game thinks you didn't pass the check and tries to re-trigger rank 6 while you already moved on to the Rank 7 trigger. This seems to create an ERROR, making it impossible to move on.

What seems to help is setting the Emperor Confidant to Rank 5 with 21 points and wait for a day where he is available. Pass the Proficiency check, redoing the Rank 6 event, and you can move on, like nothing happened.
There should be an 'items' list under Static Addresses.
It's split up into sub-catagories under that.
I'd say don't give yourself books/key items. Reading books ahead of when you should be able to buy/borrow them can mess up progress, and key items can mess up plot sequence stuff.
Concerning the Jazz Club, is there any way to see/track the stat increases? I know that under Stats in the table we can see the HP/SP Bonus, but as far as I can tell, the stat increases aren't shown anywhere in the table.
