Is there a way you can add a NG+ flag? Or would that be impossible?

How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

so, i'm not sure if it's on my end, but, the security level cheat doesn't work anymore. i've ticked it and set to zero but it still increases. used to work several versions ago but something must've broke it. not a huge deal but would be nice to perma set it to like 85-90 for a bigger challenge since shadows do more damage the higher the security level.

What table version are you using? I already fixed it with v15.

Just enable the Security Level option, and the selected value will be permanent.

The Flags for achievements are generated in a separate unknown location. For Thieves Den its in another part of the game code, for Steam/Gamepass it's their own database.

You can probably trick it by changing them all to rank 9 and then triggering final event.x

It depends on the order of when you get his first confidant rank. Look under the confidant header to find out which one he is

Need Help everytime I exit all my thieves den progress will be lost.

I haven't tried the Thieves Den options wepon1984 added but... I pretty much guess you cannot use it when you're in Thieves Den, otherwise it will be lost. In other words, it can be unlocked/modified when you're in the game.

if i exit the game then re enter the thieves will be ???? and everything is lost

You will need to unlock the Thieves Den first in game for it to show in the title screen. Make sure to actually leave it the first time you visit so that it saves in the system savefile

Update 10: Added flags for New Game+ so you can fight the Secret Boss Battle. This will probably be my last real update.

If you set the social stats to max already, it won't trigger the achievement. So, let's say set one of them to near max then do the daily activity to max out.
