I am looking to add at least Gold to this, but thought I would post what I have for this game now.

I added some Gold options:

[*]Enable Gold Gain Multiplier
[*]Gold Gain Multiplier
[*]Player Gold

doesn't seem to work, or I'm doing it wrong

It's made for Steam. It was working for me earlier today. What in particular is not working?

There just seems to be no effect when I activate anything. The trainer says it's activated, but it's not doing anything for when I'm selling a potion. I've tried the Patience/Shield ones on a fresh save.

Idk what "Easy Customer Sale" does and I don't have CheatEvolution PRO so I didn't bother with anything that could edit values. I've tried using the F1 “Activate Trainer" option, and it didn't seem to make a difference.

If you active F1 and then the Infinite Patience, you should see that customers always have 50 patience. The shield for customers makes them have 0 shield, which is not always visible. The one for player makes you always have 99 which also may not be visible but still works.
