Is it possible to have a npcs are invincible or npcs have 100% evasion chance because I got the game yesterday from the winter sale and this is the first jrpg i've played that has this feature and it made me dread on what's to come from the game, I mean the first battle I nearly got a game over rescuing the second kid and the very first thing I thought of is "I hope there is a cheat engine table to make the npcs invincible"

I don't think it's feasible since it most likely would effect the monsters as well.
But a thing you can do, is go to your ingame menu>tactics, press E/Rb(on xbox controller) and put all the characters in the top row. This will cause all the player characters to be much closer to the monsters and the NPCs in the back will be less likely to be targeted. Then just activate the one hit kill cheat and kill all the monsters before they have a chance to harm the NPCs.
You get bonus points if the NPCs don't get hit at all ... but if they get hit, you can use healing skills or Items on them too (you just lose the bonus points).

that's a shame but thank you for answering, I guess that's the only one to fix and thankfully it doesn't seem to happen as much as I thought it would
