Anyone have any luck finding the value for money? None of the methods from older PDX games have worked for me.

Money (well, gold reserve) is multiplied by 100000 (8 bytes).
I have included a mini table that might work. A lot of the values are calculated however so finding them in the CCountry struct, and changing them, will not work for many (Radicals and Loyalists are 4 bytes at offsets 131c and 1320 respectively, but changing them while paused have no effect as they are recalculated at the next "tick").
If you enable the Country, and wait until Gold Reserves is filled, you can go to "Dissect code" and put in [pCountry] and get the country struct and look for interesting bits.
