Is the default value on it (1000) safe to work with? I remember the one on the previous ct table being 39 but I don't really know how these things get to work.... Ty in any case!!!

i think we both stupid.. becouse i was try to figure out how its work i change the value to 999 i saw my characters def and res go to 1000% but there is no change on dmg bonus and any characters have fire dmg when i use their skills its lagging my game idk why
if anyone have explanation how this work please help
