2. Any currency is server-sided and cannot be manipulated.
3. The game uses Easy Anti-Cheat and bypassing this may likely disable your ability to connect to the servers so nothing you change will save when playing normally.

1. Im just trying to get my stuff back, not effect the game play

for 2 and 3 it is possible. One of my old mates was able to freeze his bloodpoints and level up.

Then ask your mate how to bypass the anti-cheat to use Cheat Engine to do that then
