Changing item stack to 999 only seems to be working for minerals, I can't get anything else to change stack size.

Hey guys I'm a little desperate trying to find a fix for the time travel glitch, so my daughter time travel on another game and messed up my wife data on the game. Now when the time is corrected everything is like a month away, no crops can be harvested, watering don fix plants etc, etc. I am trying to fix the file on PC and get it Back on the cloud to the console, apparently the only fix is to wait real time to catch up to the save time. Is there any chance that I can edit the file time to get it back to "real time"?
