If "b" is the latest version, then everything listed here is not working...
On Steam DB, there are three more versions listed after 1.7.9b that did not receive proper patch notes and did not modify the changelog.txt file, but the build numbers are different.
These were the Beta Releases which got removed after Data Miners extracted too much details about the upcoming version. So there were indeed new versions.
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

I don't have any updates, and the latest one I have is 1.7.9b, and I've tested everything works at home. If you have a discord, send it to me privately and we'll have a look.

I see that the table you created looks different. It doesn't ask to read the game before running. Clicking on the right "Attach to Isaac" what function does it serve?
I don't know if I should apply some extra step because of the different table.

Did you have attatch the table to isaac ? What is ur version ? The table is for Isaac Rebirth + All DLC.
I downloaded the latest version of the board and I run Isaac from Steam, although I see that I own 1 of the 3 DLCs. Maybe this is the reason why none of the cheats work?
The [Link] DLC changes the game code itself, so when the table was made while the DLC was installed then it won't work for ppl that don't have the DLC. The other way around it's the same.
Personally I made two tables, one for the game with DLCs and one for the game without DLCs but if you really like the game I recommend buying the DLCs anyways.

It's a free OPTIONAL DLC that is still in beta version.
I would recommend to just not install it until it's out of beta and a table was updated for it.

The latest CT partially does not work. Godmode, infinite stuff still works, but nothing under the tab of "Editor" is working, the value of a string is shown as "??". Any chance to get an update in close future?
