Hey there!

I'm encountering an issue with my royal duties. Each time I complete one, it becomes locked again, allowing me to redeem it multiple times, but I only receive the duty dreamlight once. After saving and exiting the game following this process, I can't access my save anymore due to an error: 'Game Initialisation Error (#101)'.

Can anyone assist me with this? I've tried various fixes, including editing the profile.json file, but it seems the code in it is fine.

I also got the 'Game Initialisation Error (#101)'. I was able to fix it by going into steam and validating the Dreamlight Valley game files. It had to redownload 21 files. After that, everything loaded and worked fine again. Hopefully this will help with your problem.

Unfortunately, despite repeating this process thousands of times, I haven't succeeded. It's been over two weeks since I submitted a ticket to the game's support, and I still haven't received a response.

Does anyone know if the item code for The Beast's Test in the spreadsheet is for the Scrooge item or the quest item? Apparently there are 2 versions.

ETA: Never mind, it's the Scrooge item.

Hey everyone:

I am new to CE myself. I play DDLV on a modded switch and PC. I know very little about coding and tend to figure things out as I go most times. I downloaded Rubyelfs CT and using what that with what I can figure out. I had been using my switch to dup simple items before moving to PC. I go back and forth between both.

I know the blue chests have been patched but this is the situation I have. Someone gave me some blue chests before I found this forum. I kept the blue chests in my inventory because I wanted to see if I could some how figure out how to do it. I did not figure it out... After the update they are impossible to remove from my inventory. I tried using the zeroing out option in the CE but the chest still show up when you hover over the item block that its in, you just can't see the chest but honestly this isn't the end of the world.

What has me more intrigued than anything is this.

I found that 1 of those chests in my inventory can still drop, pick up (after dropping), open and it still have the premium items show up after I open them. Do you think this chest is coded differently some how? Could this help someone see how this was coded and possibly figure it out again?

If it does help anyone, please let me know.

Also, if there is a discord that would help me with this, I can go there as well.

So the 0 thing for it to work, you need to move it to the empty spot in a chest, then it will be invisible, then you move it back to your inventory with it active and it should work (or inactive...try inactive second if active didn't work).

I’m very intrigued by this post about some of the chests opening, I too am unfortunately stuck w a number of them and I haven’t tried to do anything w any of them but a few and they wouldn’t open:(. I’m curious now why would some drop and not others? Same w opening but not all of them opening? If I could also get the CT used for”completing the star path” that would be amazing!!! The only table I have is the one to craft all items on such as the premium stuff, star path and basically everything else:)

Hi, I've been using CE for Dreamlight Valley for a short while and I wanted to ask you how "Star Path Task Complete All" works because I tried to activate it and it gives me the completed tasks, but when I press on the task to complete it it doesn't give me the reward coins, but it takes away my task..

Activate "Star Path Task Complete All," then go to the Star Path Task page. Deactivate "Star Path Task Complete All" and click on each completed task to collect your rewards. If it still doesn't work, close and reopen the Star Path Task page, then try again.

Is the "Star Path Task Complete All" cheat as relatively 'safe' as crafting preem items?

I know the general consensus in this thread is that crafting is the 'safest' method. However, crafting is so incredibly tedious. I would love to just use this unlock everything cheat but I'm not willing to risk anything more dangerous than crafting.

Hello. I’ve been lurking on this forum as a guest for a while, but I just created my account so I can interact with people here. So, I started using the cheat table and I’m so grateful to the people who created this thing and are maintaing it. I already started crafting the premium items and I even managed to give myself more Daisy coins. However, I do have a small problem. I’m trying to unlock the critters and I did a test with the emerald sunbird, I crafted it and I got it as a companion, but it’s still greyed out in the collections tab. Now, in the spreadsheet with all the item IDs, it says not to craft them because it can bug the save file and instead use critter feed time 0. I tried that as well, but the emerald sunbird still didn’t unlock in the collections tab. So my question is, how do I unlock it? Or any critter for that matter?

Unfortunately you cannot fix that, someone did have a save editor that might help viewtopic.php?f=23&t=29455 - but it's been abandoned now and I personally would not be able to fix it (also it may not work anymore, so make sure you BACK UP YOUR SAVE).

If you didn't have a backup save before you started editing, I'm afraid you're out of luck and that collection will always be incomplete if the save editor doesn't get updated/doesn't work.

If you had a back up save before editing and adding those, restore that and use critter feed 0 to get the pet naturally. I did put a big warning on those for a good reason, sorry I can't help more than that.

Unlocking critters you use critter 0, the reason it's not working on the sunbird is because you technically "own" it already, but it's broken your collection tab because you did it by crafting it. The only ones that work via crafting are premium ones, the ones you feed etc do NOT work, that's why I flagged them as such.
