It looks like they might have fixed it if you already own the item as a premium item, from what we've been told. If you are trying to give it to yourself personally then it might work? I do not use that method because people were using it to sell premium items like with the chests, that's why I won't touch it.

I understand, so I don't think I'll be able to put the items in Scrooge's store anymore to help my friend, she doesn't know how to do it.

My mulan realm glitched and is not spawning the Brown Sand. Does anyone have the item code for Brown Sand?

Do you have any at all? If you do, you could duplicate it. Scan for the amount that you have, split the stack any amount, scan for the new value, repeat until you have a few values (I think it's 3 values you should be left with) and then just change them all. I have progressed far past that quest.. but I was looking into the sandbag ID for someone else and one of the ingredients is Brown Sand... so try this 31200919
