[Request](rpcs3 Emulator game) Dragon Ball Z: Ultimate Tenkaichi

Curious if a table could be made for this game it's actually a very hard game and be cheating at times, I have tried changing the values of the health and ect but the game sort of ignores it and will still be able to die I just request if someone can do the following

Infinite Health
Infinite Ki meter
Infinite energy
Increased damage or insta kill (The game has skill points and stats similar to dbx2 but the game doesn't allow going over the cap for some reason)
