Finally, was able to modify the "attack mode" in race tyre management. With this mode you can push to the maximum the driver style in race, maintaining an acceptable tyre wear and a low probability of lockup, crash, spin and run wide, so that your drivers can give everythink they have for the entire race, without incurring too much risks.
To install it, you just need to copy the file in F1Manager2022\F1Manager22\Content\Paks. To disable it, you just need to cancel the file.

Fyi, if anyone wants to reduce the number of laps in races, all you have to do is change the number of "Laps" in "Races_Tracks", using the normal DB Browser. 35% of laps is the ratio used for Sprint Races in real life, and works pretty well in the game too.
Is there a way to edit staff progression? I only managed to change the driver progression, but it does not affect the engineers'.
