I've done a little tweaking based on the table by protege.
Available for all teams
Tyre Wear
Fuel Load
ERS % Remaining
Engine Wear
Gearbox Wear
ERS Wear
ERS/Gearbox/Engine wear can only be set within a session, but it persists correctly after the session ends
Why does it DNF me after i cross the finish line (final lap) after using the cheats?
Did you not pit during the race? Or if you didn’t change your compounds to a different one (e.g soft to mediums) you could get DNF. The game requires you to use two different compounds in a race. Just a hunch though, not sure if that’s the case.
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

If you're using the tyre wear cheat, there's a manditory set of tyres that you have to use. Usually mediums or hards. So if you're starting the race on softs and rolling through the whole thing, you need to make a pit stop and use the manditory tyre set, otherwise you get a DQ.
I tryed to use that max Development Points, first it works pretty well, but after a few races i was pretty suprised, when i saw, that now almost every active F1 driver has a strength of 100. I dont know how that happends, but there is no benefit from it at all if that even counts for ai drivers.
