Assassin's Creed (all games) view points Unlocker

Hey there, is it possible to create a CE which automatically unlocks all view points in Assassins Creed games? Teleporting to all view points takes me way 2 long tho (third time of replaying all AC games). I just wanna enjoy the storys and not spending weeks to unlock all viewpoints to get the full map tho.
