Don't suppose there's any way to easily mass-promote officers?
It gets a bit tedious pressing the button 1000 times for every character.

Use the xp code to set them to 99, put the final point in,promote, repeat.

Nope, that's compatibility, not proficiency, the two are separate things

Dosent "Party members max HP (story and gaunlet)" count as this since iv noticed unless there charas that can/will die during story the rest have inf hp.

But doesn't that affect JUST the characters you play as? Or does it affect ALL your allies?

I think it effects all allies, even those not part of your trio unless there ment to die in story for that map, watch a unit fight, im not 100% sure honestly.

Really? I only used the Player pointers in the battle HP and not anything else. I will try it out.

Ok I can confirm it works BUT you have to activate it at the start of the stage or else it won't work
