HI Rhark, you may need to update the trainer. I have the unpaid version of the trainer ane i having issues with over incumbency and i barley have any equipment. In your trainer it is showing a value of 163. I dont if this is a trainer issue or the game but i experince this issue later on in the game. You can download the save to take a look at it.
