I tried to find the value myself for the no hud but when I change a value from 1 to 0 in cheat engine, The game crashes..

I wanted to know why knowing that I modified only one address?

no one answers me and no one is able to create anything other than tables already existing on other sites.

I'm going to assume you have found the incorrect address for whatever enables/disables the HUD. Given that this game already has a feature that disables the HUD ( the higher difficulty ) it is probably not one byte that is toggling the entire HUD.
