If you use it carefully and being in the world with a familiar person (who will not throw a report on you), then everything is fine. I myself have been using it in multiplayer for quite some time.
The release of our (non-official) injector builds has been suspended. But you can download official builds for the new version of the game from Akebi group on our discord server.
The reason was the removal of the source code of the injector from the public domain, which does not allow us to make our own builds.
