5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Delete chrome and use a browser that doesn’t pretend to be antivirus. Or contact Chrome and ask them why are they scared of xml(CT) files.

Or simply pay attention to the little window on the lower left. You have the option to view all downloads and "Keep Dangerous File". It's a false positive so you should be good to go.
