Yes they are, as well as Happiness. Although it is annoying to look for all of them in each new game, also quick exploration would be very handy, not to mention locking current deck cards or something like that.

I got board so i looked at how to change the "values" in the code and how they store it... Turns out they are just CSV Files (not encrypted)... and they work if you change them.. they are located in the main folder under Terraformers_Data\StreamingAssets. Enjoy that while it lasts.. Not sure what all of columns do, cause a lot are unnamed in the building CSV (projects_data.csv), but most should be able to figure it out.
