I added one more option again:

I restarted my game to test all these cheats and I believe with many of these options, it makes the grinding easy to complete the game fairly quickly. I believe the game is not too long even without cheats, but for those that want to get the lore and story for the upcoming Hundred Heroes game, you might be able to complete this in 10-15 hours with these options.

I found a small bug with the Enemies Always Drop Rare and Common items option. It did require you to wear a rarity increasing accessory, but I fixed it now in this update to work without one.

Okay, some minor final options to help with some grinding:

[*]Always Able To Buy Items Based On Stamps From Trader Hogan Shop
[*]Crafting Adds Materials (Craft Something First Before Enabling)

I was able to complete main quest in just over 10 hours and had 133 stamps when I did it. There are some post game side quests that add a little more time. This game probably added some filler time with grinding for items which my trainer makes easy to deal with. Enjoy!

One more option I had to come up with while getting all achievements:

The achievement to get to level 50 was taking too long even fighting the bosses on hard over and over again.
