Need help with custom value type

Can someone help me with custom value type scan for values that are x*65536000+65535
Example: 7 in game is 458817535 in cheat engine 4bytes.

And can it be saved to cheat table so it will be saved even after cheat engine update?

Are you sure that that is 7? It could also be a 2 bytes, in which the second half part is 7000.
Also you're missing a lot of information if you think we're supposed to know anything to help.

Are you sure the value isn't a float or double?

I am pretty sure. Calculations are always correct by this formula. Game is [Link]
It is pretty easy to find some things with CE.

Everything I found was simple 4bytes only action points was strange big number, I know it is correct because if I freeze it then I have unlimited AP.

EDIT: Just found out that this applies only to action point and other stats have different calculations... Mana points are just multiplication of 65536.
