Other Info: Full disclosure I'm asking for an unlocker for the pirated version of the game. Recently they removed the anti-tamper and now you can play the game offline but it doesn't save any progress you make besides story chapters. (But the game does save anything unlocked from a legit version of the game. Currently using a save file that has some things unlocked)
