Dark Souls 2 SoTFS Appearance Editor

I haven't found anything like this, the one on CE forum doesn't have the most advanced pointers to edit, a way to copy the face to a new character would do.

I would like to know if this is possible too. I have tried editing pointers with my current table (the one that is also here on the forum) but my character's appearance doesn't seem to change in-game, even when quitting and reloading/restarting Dark Souls 2. Am I doing something wrong?
