Thanks for eliminating a good portion of the grind! I do believe you missed one of the classes though. The standard 1h sword class, Swordfighter, doesn't gain increased EXP. I was able to level all of my other classes to 30 in one or two fights but Swordfighter remains at level 1. I can't say for sure that is the only one though because I'm pretty sure I'm missing some classes.
Edit: Actually, something I noticed as a follow up. It's not that it doesn't get increased EXP..it doesn't get any at all. Activating the cheat resets its EXP to 0 and it won't gain a single point until its deactivated.
Edit 2: It also breaks Neon's class level as that is her default class at level 10. It set her down to level one after her first fight in the party and she is stuck there.

Note: Those who have download the previous table please take note that the Job points is NOT stable. It will cause the game to crash while accessing the Job Tree after saving when upgrading all to full. As I have written in the Table extras earlier on I have not tested it thoroughly yet. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Update: So I have done some rigorous testing and it seems the Job Points script from the previous table is stable and it works IF you know how to use it. It's the method on how you use it is what's important. I will provide you a step by step written (in table extras) & video tutorial guide on how to use it but before that make sure to backup your save game. Save file location can be found at My Documents/My Games/STRANGER OF PARADISE FINAL FANTASY ORIGIN Using Job Points Method Tutorial

I haven't had any issues with my job level up. You have to kill a couple enemies to hit max though.
You use the equip editor by selecting the skills in the blacksmith. Note that these developers typically put sanity checks in their games (ie. Nioh) so your changes may revert. Feel free to fill out the IDs.
Hey, thanks for the table, it works great for the most part, i find a couple of hiccups when it comes to quick job level ups, specifically when it comes to the swordfighter class, it always reverts the level back to 1 and it gets stuck that way until i exit and reenter. Is there a way you can let us decide the specific Job EXP we gain per monster kill ?

Hello) Does skill value has a hard cap: 255 byte = 25%!? Tried 2byte = 999 looks like visual change n doesnt work...
Not sure if this does anything other than change the pretty background colors.
+C0 points to (bonus?) Phys Attack, 4 byte, the other three stats on the card are right next to it. All weapons appear to have a base value that gets added/subtracted from what's here. Difference seems to vary by weapon type and rarity(?). Swords are spot on with no difference, greatswords display higher than value shown, maces display lower than value shown, etc...
EquipChange pointer +E8 points to job affinity type (just the one byte), +EC points to value assuming you select the first effect on the list.

Ty! Good findings!

For the Job XP issue with swordfighter, found a different table somewhere with a Job XP multiplier. Not taking credit, but figured I'd share. Original code gave 3x XP, I changed it to 300. Just change that 300 to whatever multiplier you want.

Thank you both very much. I've updated my table with these.
Has anyone been able to find out how to change/add Anima Shards? Could use the Job XP cheat. But, it's mostly so I wouldn't have to keep or turn Cheat Engine on to just add it to a class I don't want to play
