i made this table for net training in career mode. i recommend removing perks when using it as it may reset them to level one if the value gets too high.

-there are two sets i marked as training A and B
-make a successful hit or bowl to see which one is active and edit the number for the skill you want to boost
-then do another successful hit or bowl so they apply when you leave training
-if you want to edit bowling and driving in the same session you need to both bowl and drive after making edits otherwise it will only affect one set of stats.

any type of successful hit or bowl will do. good luck

Go into net training and start bowling
then search using float the amount of certain throws (use modified throws like slower or cross seam)
and using that as a base range
do other bowling styles and search for the value for those throws
switch to batting and still using the base to search for values
edit some values then do another pitch or successful hit and exit training
if you see the boost on the edited value on the result page
save table and do it again to make the second table
it usually swaps between the two sets per session but sometimes it will repeat
the table can be used a way to keep track of net training action if you don't want to cheat
