Won't be possible , 2K stop the modding as of now. But a way will be found soon..

PWM and 2K it seemed had a meeting today and it appears it was an accident. every time they patch the game the code structure changes.

You will need HXD for this. Hogan Slot is 475 so you will have to unlock the slot and he has no render. 684 Is Roman and he has render like Reed and Kane

Seth will open up in CAS but will not have his WM33 Attire instead he will be in his underwear. Rest of them I haven't checked.
