Patch 1.09 changed the offsets I guess because the unlocked npcs aren't in my game. It also introduces a random speed up glitch on PC.
all the game does is edit the values to be locked again after you restart your game. if you keep a memory file of all the info then you can import it into the memory and be done with it.
there is apparently a new Roman and Hogan but I've yet to see them in the memory.

Do you by any chance have that memory file?
I've posted it before, no one could use it for whatever reason even though it worked on fresh saves for me.
you can make your own, just enable the slots in game, save the region from Rocks pofo to the very end of the pofos. (before tag teams) and then import from there.

But will they stay unlocked on 1.09? Because I heard everytime you relaunch the game they go locked again.

no, as I said you need a file to import every time to make sure they're unlocked every time you boot up.
made something to make things easier, as with the new patch, any wrestlers we unlocked with cheat engine get reset when you relaunch the game, and manually repasting over the memory in 5 different places is a pain, so I wrote this lua script. To use, open cheat engine with the game running and load the game process as usual, then open the lua table and paste this and hit execute. This code unlocks alexa goddess, nikki cross, dijakovic and old hbk and old road dogg, but it's not hard to alter to include more wrestlers. Obviously you need to load this script in cheat engine each time you load the game. (And as long as you don't load up your universe mode without doing this first, you can maintain any changes in there regarding unlocked superstars):

I made a memory spreadsheet so you can see the wrestler Id and slot Id of each wrestler, and I also did the hex conversions, so you can figure it out. Password for attached zip is "wwe". Scroll down to 100 in the spreadsheet, as that's where I started it.
