First things first, Enable HBK's model like you would enable others. Example : Dijakovic who's at model no. 918 and can be enabled by adding 01 after his AOB address. I'm assuming you know this.
After This Open Your Cheat Engine, Add 2K22 as a process. Click on Add Address manually. It'll be on the right side. You'll see it.
From there change the type from byte or whatever that is to Array Of Byte and change the length to 3. DO NOT CLICK ON POINTER. Above the description tab you''ll see the address tab. There You have to enter the address provided alongwith your game's exe name.
Example : "WWE 2K22.exe" + offset(for superstar you want to unlock)
Type it like this.

No problem mate. Go back a few pages in this topic and you'll find the addresses of the wrestlers. Just put that wrestler's array of byte in the space for value.
Before that change value type to array of byte. Then paste the value in the empty space. Then you'll see the addresses in the left side. Right click on them, then click browse memory region & do what's written in the page 4 specifically. You'll be good to go.
