People will post the updated table as soon as it is finished. In the meantime you can download the console commands mod or use a trainer, and you'll be able to use cheats.

No, and it will likely cause a desync, requiring a reload.

The only thing that I've found that works in a multiplayer campaign is editing your money as host. It will cause a desync but your money should persist once the game reloads.
