under the Player Editor you can modify the 7 letters a name can have. The hex values of each character you can find in the international list here: [Link]
be sure to set the last digits to FF.
For example
Keks would be C5 D9 DF E7, now i have 3 Bytes left and have to set them to FF the full 7 Bytes then look like this
C5 D9 DF E7 FF FF FF
You can find your original Trainer Name when you look in the Team Editor and open the Slot of a pokemon you have caught. In the ETC tab you can find a Trainer Name Tab where the values for each digits are visible, they are in decimal though you have to convert them to hex.

Hello, is it possible to set the IV's value above 31 or to permanently change a Pokémon's stats using this table?

Hey, so the IV's can't be set higher than 31. This is because there are only 5 bits in the structure, which leads to a maximum of 11111 (binary for 31).
You can, however, freeze the stats with the table by going to Team Editor -> Base Values -> Values, simply enter the values you would like to have and activate the entry.
I haven't tested this over a levelup yet, let me know if it works.

I'm trying to give myself the Porta-PC but when I scroll through the list of items in Cheat Enging I don't see it listed. It appears as if every item except the Porta-PC is in that list. Hoping someone can help me figure this out? I do see a few items just listed as "unknown" so I'm wondering if maybe one of those is the Porta-PC?
thanks for hitting me up. Yep the item list i used was from an older version of the game, i updated the table so be sure to get the new one. Then it should work like a charm. Porta PC is number 368 in the list.

i wanted to ask if it's possible to add items i don't have ingame to the bag i want to get some mega stones early and i don't know how
Look at the first post on page 2 of this thread. That post specifically is about Key Items but I'm fairly certain it works the same way for other sections of the bag/cube as well.
