Soulcalibur IV Tag System/Speeding Up Movement

Hello, I am looking for assistance on adding the tag system (found usually in single-player modes such as Tower of Lost Souls and Story) into the game's versus mode and/or making the game default to using the skill "Step Speed Up" for both players. I would like some assistance on the project as I feel like this would make the game a lot more interesting than it currently is. Let me know if you're interested in helping and we can talk it over.
