Sorry for upping the thread, but every 4 bytes values I found for each stats (Stress, Affection etc) seemingly won't save themselves. Say, Stress is 20, then I change it to 0. But when an event with +2 Stress came, it became 22 instead.
I tried searching the values using Unknown Initial Value + Decreased/Increased value, but can't find it...
Any help would be appreciated since I don't see any other threads on this... Thank you...

Don't modify it with CE. If you do will lead to direct bad ending.
If you really wanna modify the data, go into \windos_data\ and looking for Data#_Day#.es3 (# is number)
open it with any text editor such like notepad.
scroll down you will see something like this:
