Cheat Engine - Tips for finding characters wet value in games ?

Hey there guys. I want to find a character wet value in games.. i mean, "any" game..
For example, Monster Hunter World.
You know when your character goes underwater or walk in rain and he/she gets.. you know..
Anyway, does anyone have any tips ? i tried a few times but it's hard, but i still want to improve..

I tried with Monster Hunter World, and i found a lot of values..
Some of them, really controlled how wet my character was but..

There are a lot of values, above 200.. (in the begginning of the search, there was more then 50000)..
so, it worked but there are a lot of values so it was kind hard to find the "right" value..

so, any tips ? what type is normally seem in this type of info in game ? Float ? 2 bytes ? 4 bytes ?

and any help when i search a lot, and there's still 200 results.. ?

You could try scanning for a byte value, 1 when wet, 0 when not. This is usually the case if it's a very basic mechanic.

i tried before with monster hunter world but the values were 100 and float. I will try again.

It is possible that it's a float value if the value is used in some kind of calculation.
