I've made an ID list in google sheets for myself and I joined the site because i found this thread and thought I'd share here.
and i corrupted my save file for this so i hope it helps someone out (and like a dumb *** I didn't make a copy lol)

How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

EDIT: I've edited the table to include all the new Items and their IDs for anyone that wants to use them before the OP officially edits his table. First time for me editing a table like that, so I don't know if there was a way to automate the process but I had to format every value manually for the table. I tested a few random items and they successfully inject into the game.

stupid question maybe. how do i actually add items? i assume i just have to enter the item ID in the "ItemGib" tab and ckick add right? but i cant find any item IDs in the spreadsheet.

i dont wanna farm anjanath for its gem anymore :/

I made a spreadsheet that includes every MH Rise Item and their IDs here: [Link]
Anjanath Gem ID is 649.

1. Open the table and check the Items box, then ItemGib
2. Double click the Value for ID(Raw ID/Sub ID), I think by default it's "6 : Potion", and type "649" (without quotes)
3. Double click the Value for Amount and change that to the amount you want added to your Item Box
4. Now, check the box by <-- Click me to add just once. It'll play a little sound and uncheck itself

Hello. I'm brand new to CE and after attaching it to the game and using the table, it does not let me click on the boxes for zeni and the likes. Also the address shows P->?????????. Any idea how to fix this?

the new patch broke some of the stuff on the table and when it shows ????? it means you havent opened something in the game for it to read that information.
